"Sometimes I Stutter"
The live clip is three layers of tenor bass (tuned A, D, G, C) overdubbed on a Digitech JamMan Solo Loop Station.
Problem with loop stations is that the awesonme percussion Ray Chiffydoes on this song gets left out. Sorry Ray.

What just happened here...
There were fewer than 10 listens on Sunday.
Thanks everyone.
7/2/2012 11:29:44 PM
I like it.. listened 3 times already.
7/3/2012 4:30:55 PM
Thanks Down with Ugly,
I am headed back into the studio beginning next week and hope to have completed the "Playing In The White Space" CD out by September.
It's already been over a year since I recorded "When Angels Cry" with violinist Roberto Bielak, and it still isn't finished.
7/4/2012 3:59:50 PM
Yep.. i know how that feels... have stuff recorded ten years ago.. and a little bit might be on the forthcoming record... I do want to collaborate with you in the near future.

The regulars coming to see us at at Lucia's are growing in number.
Thanks to all of them for their support.
7/10/2012 12:46:37 AM
Thanks Jeff.
7/10/2012 12:47:14 AM
"Sometimes"?
7/15/2012 9:03:24 PM
"There were fewer than 10 listens on Sunday."
Yeah Gary. It's called "the curiosity factor", like when traffic slows on a highway to view a gristly car wreck on the opposite side.
And nice avatar design. Kinda goes with that imperial grey mop of yours. You could call the next album "American Gray".
7/15/2012 9:11:06 PM
"American Gray" or.......(are you ready?)....... "Get Yer Nut Off".
7/16/2012 4:57:26 PM
No, the next CD is titled "Playing in the White Space", but with no intended reference to my hair.
Incidentally, I got my hair dyed.
7/16/2012 10:37:19 PM
Oh?
Grecian Formula, Just For Men or Clairol Natural Instincts?
7/17/2012 2:39:07 AM
Lat time, I got what they called "camouflage."
I don't get it. My hair was construction cone orange.
7/20/2012 8:06:18 AM
80 listens in the first month.
(That's a lot of curiosity.)
Thanks everyone.
7/29/2012 1:05:22 AM
I finally gave it a listen.
Gary, this is not bass playing. There's no groove and it doesn't go anywhere. It's just noodling through a digital delay.
It might work as a kind of spatial interlude in a bigger composition but in-and-of-itself as a piece it doesn't make sense--there's really no beginning and no end.
It's like soft "Windham Hill" music, but with the instrument being out-of-context. In other words the instrument used does not do justice to the kind of music you're playing. It's like using a hacksaw instead of a crosscut saw to cut down a tree.
80 listens in a month? I wanna know who the fuck is tuning into this stuff and where they're coming from because nobody gets that kind of volume in so short a time period on this board, regardless of whether they're Alice in Chains or Stravinsky.
7/29/2012 3:28:14 AM
"This is not bass playing."
No, it's tenor bass.
No rules.
8/1/2012 10:14:15 PM
Whoo Hoo... 100 listens.
Thanks everyone for being so "curious".
8/1/2012 10:23:13 PM
You should be thanking me by helping draw the attention.
8/2/2012 12:28:36 AM
Thanks for helping make Adamovic a household name around here.
Mission accomplished.
8/2/2012 11:22:09 PM
Gary, forget Grecian Formula, or any other hair color. Call yourself "50 shades of Gray"...you'll have a female audience that eclipses any Julia Roberts movie.
8/3/2012 3:16:04 AM
Funny you should say that... I swear to God I've been working that angle this week for the new band I'm forming.
Boy, we are clever...
8/3/2012 5:59:13 AM
Call yourselves "The Lip Biters"...
OK, I READ IT! SO SUE ME!!!!
8/3/2012 11:31:21 AM
Maybe I better read it first.
8/3/2012 8:11:45 PM
You did???
8/3/2012 8:21:16 PM
I like to keep up with what's current in our culture. Haven't seen "Dark Knight" or "Ted" yet, but I never go to the movies. Netfix and Hulu are my theaters!
8/4/2012 10:52:15 AM
I try to keep up with the current culture as well.
That's why I shaved the Colonel Sanders goatee and my hair is now auburn.
The "new me" is also learning Russian and I'm thinking of adopting the stage name of Boris Badenov, but my wife hates it when I call her Natasha.
Redbox is my theater and I don't have to wear Kevlar.
8/4/2012 2:39:24 PM
Nice. Good answers.
8/4/2012 4:38:04 PM
Too soon Boris........
8/4/2012 4:55:29 PM
Gary, I really need to get out and play some music. Any kind of music.
8/4/2012 9:08:03 PM
Even "wishy-washy, boring, sub par, Windam Hill-oriented space music"?
I'd love to get together Wayne.
I thought you were moving?
