Seeking suggestions to help with morning sickness -
No.. not for me.. LOL.
Morning sickness has become pretty much an all-day thing for my Jennifer, making eating a very hard thing to do. My poor lil girlie ... I feel so bad for her.
Help!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how you (or if you are a guy reading this - your wives or girlfriends) managed to lessen the whole toilet hugging part of pregnancy?

Fortunately, I was not a victim of morning sickness but my many siblings and friends who did experience it stayed away from acidic foods especially marinara sauce food items. Try to avoid spices including garlic.
Saltines and ginger ale work wonders, just as when you have a stomach virus.
Hope she feels better and maybe she is having a boy!

Cigaretts and caffeine made me vomit when I was pregnant both times. Couldnt open the wet dog food can or tuna, (certain smells).
***Eat lots of small meals/snacks during the day. Saltine crackers next to the bed. Mild food choices.
Once the hormones even out she should feel better. (3 mos)

Thanks for the input everyone! I did some looking around on the internet too and they had pretty much the same ideas. Jennifer isn't a big fan of saltines and has never liked peppermint so those were two big things to work around.. lol. I made some jello last night & today I steamed a bunch of her favorite veggies (carrots, zucchini, summer squash, broccoli, and mushrooms), cut some potatoes into chunks & boiled them, then mixed them all together and put them into small containers so she can just grab one. In a bowl I mixed together some oyster crackers (my replacement for the saltines.. lol), Cheerios, Kix cereal, animal crackers, and graham crackers & then put it into some of the small snack bags so she can carry them in her purse. Hopefully that will help her a bit. Even though she doesn't like peppermint I did get some of the starlight mints, but the soft ones. She hardly ever drinks coffee and doesn't smoke at all, but does have to deal with all kinds of food smells due to working at Applebees.
Pregnancy is cool but this part of it sucks so she's just going to have to figure out what works for her!

though I never had morning sickness, chewing gum and drinking gingerale is helpful

Someone mentioned peppermint....all mint is naturally good and has always been used for feeling ill.
I always kept a sleeve of saltines and drank tea. That would fill my belly and help control the potential acid build up.

My girlfriend got some hard candies at the preggy store at the mall. Specifically for that. She too had All Day Sicknes.

I think the store is called "Motherhood"

Thanks for all of the suggestions everyone! Hopefully now that she has had her hospital visit yesterday some of these will help.
We spent 6 hours at LGH yesterday. They gave her an IV with two bags of fluids and eventually an anti-nausea shot also. Jen was badly dehydrated as she could not even keep water down. She hadn't eaten since Thursday and had lost 12 pounds. She's feeling a bit better now and hopefully she won't feel that bad any time soon!
Thanks again!
