That is awesome. There is no one else I can think of that is perfect for this gig! Good luck Jon!

I'm glad they mentioned his Original CD in the works. I was in the studio with Jon the other night, and it is sounding GREAT!
With guitar work from David Brown!!!! A hero of mine from my youth!
This the perfect gig for Jon, and Jon is the perfect guy for the gig!

That is incredible, a dream come true. As someone who had dreams of acting professionally this is great. While I had my cup of coffee chasing my dream, let's hope Jon takes this the distance.

So long as he remembers to get on the plane...hahaha. He'll do great!

This is perfect. I ran sound for "The Strangers" last year and was AMAZED how good Jon was. I'm sure the show will be a huge success. Congrats

This is awesome. Jon's such a great guy, too... the type who leaves a local gig in his usual mellow state (| read |), gets pulled over because of a tail-light or some other kind of mundane dodge-of-the-bullet, gets the "you have 10 days to fix the tail-light" notice, and then calls those of us he was going to meet to let us know he thought it would be best to just head home.
LOL ! (Mikey V might remember that night...)
Jon is a one of a kind, talented and easy to work with, and I'm so happy for him ! :)
Rush, thanks so much for the post !

Yea, I think this is so cool,
I want to keep this on top, because finally it appears that one of our own is getting what he has worked so hard for, I can't wait for the shows to get started, we should all try to support him in this venture.

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for the well wishes and all the congratulations. I appreciate all your kind thoughts and will remember them in the middle of the tour when all I want to do is sing a song NOT by Billy Joel.
Seriously tho, I do appreciate all your kind words and hope to see you all at a show!

PS- thanks be to Mike Velaris, Carl Ayotte, Rick Cohen and Rick Forseze for their hard work for me in the studio. The record will be available soon and some mp3 files, sooner. Hopefully.
