I saw the pumpkins prolly jeez ten years ago when they headlined the old lollapalooza- it was a great day- green day L7 beasties (flava flav got on stage with them) and a few more before the pumpkins-

never was a big fan, Billy Corgan reminds me of the nightmare before Christmas for some reason- I like my musico with a lil more bravado I reckon

I got passed all the way to the stage during green day and when I got up there I ran to hug billy or whatever that chap's name is and I got grabbed up after one step and smacked around pretty good by security and then thrown on the ground good thing I was drunk or I could have really been hurt

Pumpkins seemed sort of anticlimactic after the other bands there that night, but also may have been because that just wasn't my cup

Good to hear from you ole chippa. I have seen the Pumpkins a few times and ole Billy can whip em to shape in his element. On those multi band bills sometimes things get lost. His drummer Jimmy Chamberlain is a monster. He does look like Fester though, very much so. My step brother just saw them at the Hard Rock in Orlando and said this tour is over the top. I'll go to 1 if not both. There show in Lowell about 8 years ago was broadcast on BCN and I still whip that gem out now and then. Rock On you big balls bastards...................
