Hi friends ... kicking off our fall schedule for the Cellar Studio in Salem, Ma. will be mandolin fireball Jimmy Ryan, who will lead a workshop on how to play the mandolin by ear ... he crosses the border between bluegrass and alt-country to absolute rock on his instrument and accompanies many of the fine musicians in the Boston area ... and plays constantly.
