Paul, unfortunately they are no longer having bands. They canceled our gig that was scheduled for Sept. 6th. Times are tough.

Wow....That's just what I thought. It's getting increasingly difficult to stay consistently booked. I can't remember the last time I saw it this bad.

Maybe someone else will pick it up? But I can't see how or why things would be that much better regardless of who took it over, unless maybe thousands of dollars could be invested in an advertising campaign.

I think that the golden age of having "disposable income" to burn-up in nightclubs is fast coming to an end.

I saw that on Saturday but I wasn't sure if I just drove by after the diner would be closed anyway. . .

Boufy (pronounced Boo-fee) was the cook at the Cameo dinner for a long time and he was a big as a house, he reminded me of Dexter Jettster from Attack of the Clones...here, lemme Google it for ya:

I remember going in there after church on Sundays sometime and I think I was a teen when poor old Boufy checked out at 30 years of age or thereabouts from a heart attack.

Guy was a hell of a cook and people came from miles around to eat at the Cameo diner. I'm sure the Ayottes must remember him.

That my good man is the story of Boufy.
