As anyone that knows me, knows that I don't do anything half ass and I care about making sure everyone has a great time.

I do really mean that this is the 1st of many each year and I want it to be the party that everyone looks forward to each year and I am going to try to put everything I can into the party including the raffled items are going to be more than some expect. If things go as expected I plan on '08-'09 Harley Rentals to possible overnights stays and dinner gift certificates for two along with numerous misc. items and unique surprise gifts.

The thing is that I can not lay out thousands of dollars to float this so I am putting together a Limited Number of VIP Tickets for sale to help with cash flow up front. The sooner I get committed ticket sales, the sooner I can commit to the large party item setups and most important Big Ticket Give Aways !!!

There is a reason that the tickets are VIP Tickets.
1 - There will be a Special Raffle only for VIP Ticket holders for helping in securing funds up front for a great party.
2 - BUT MOST IMPORTANT - As I usually experience, this is probably going to be bigger than expected and if (or probably when) I need to shut the entrance gate down, Only VIP Ticket holders will gain entrance (Big incentive to buy a Ticket)

I have a 4 page list to ensure a memorable party experience for everyone and need help on items.
From Chairs, Buffet tables & side dishes to wood to burn cause were gonna burn a lot.

Biggest thing and most important on my list right now is a cook. I have someone securing a proper grill setup and the side of beef is no problem, but no experienced cook is committed to man this type of meat for this many people. HELP !!

I have a lot of people helping by donating items from Lumber and Labor to Building Stages, Large Tents to Porta Potties. The more help I get to help reduce the overall and rental costs, the more I can give way with Large Ticket Raffle Items

Secluded, yeah pretty much. It's on a dead end road off a dead end road with cultasacks with alot woods behind. Neighbors are cool with neighbors in the back through some woods.

Room for people yes, no problem, but I would definitely suggest car pooling as much as possible, cause by mid afternoon, parking is gonna by pretty tight.

That's why I'm coning off areas for bikes only. Next years 2nd annual I am thinking of getting a shuttle bus for the day running to a local parking lot about a mile down the road.

Would love to have you, come sit in and play some too if you come by.

I have Tickets in hand from the printer, will be making rounds tonight....Who can help sell tickets?

Things are still getting organized, BUT a friend that has offered to build a stage, I have now found out that he has a couple of nefews that just joined the Marines and are shipping out the beggining of October and they were having a send off party for them the same week end.

I offered to host this party for them and thier family. I have not gotten an answer yet cause he has to talk to the families and their wishes. I would be honored to do this for them, and to host another for them when they return.

Bands are not completely coordinated as of yet. I have interests from a few and others offering PA's, but nothing is definitely confirmed in coordination of the exact equipment and times etc. It is my intention that there will be numerous players at the party that will get up and play through out the day along with the couple of bands, but I would love to get as many bands/musicians as possible, So contact me if your interested.

I need help on side dishes (macaroni, potato salad, etc.) and deserts. AND Buffet tables to lay out all the food. Does anyone have extra tables to spare for the day.

Have you cleared it with your neighbors, Just to make sure that the cop's don't show up every 1/2 hour, I'm sure that you have, But i thought i'd just throw it out there, I've done these sooo many time's & the people who did'nt do that the party got Shut-Down by the police...

Already spoke with an officer for advice on any issues of concern and I will be making rounds to all my neighbors informing of the activities of the day.
