Local/Original Music
I really never had any need for it. Mostly because I haven't the time to check it out, or don't care to listen to most of it.
But for the last 2 months this CD that some colleagues of mine just recorded never leaves my CD player in my van.

Afro-Cuban/Electric Mambo is how they describe it.
I love Afro-Cuban music, and this is high energy stuff.
I've known alot of these guys for years, and I am incredibly impressed with this CD.
They have a residency gig in Salem MA that I can't wait to check out if I'm ever free on a Friday.
This CD is awesome!
And I think I'm learning Spanish from listening it so much!!

And for all you guitar enthusiasts.
The leader features a Tres Cubano guitar.
It's a guitar with 3 pairs of strings each pair tuned in octaves.
Very interesting sound.
