we just lost our bassist today as he wants to pursue a solo project so we are looking to fill that spot and hopefully find a lead guitarist or keyboard player to complete the band.

so here's a quick "who we are" followed by a "what we want"

we are looking to be a 3 or 4 piece band. we play a mixture of politically charged punk and rock. we are firm believers in people taking an active role in their lives and this world. we are all on the left side of the political spectrum so please be the same. we have both played in our share of semi-pro bands and I (guitarist and singer) have some touring experience and experience on a record label and all that lovely bullshit. we have pro gear (mesa, marshall, esp, dw, paiste zildjian) and professional ambitions. we are musicians with no back up plans. it's this or nothing so please have a similar mindset and be ready. we have a host of songs written, looking to write more. we have recording contacts and looking into a practice space once we have one more person to share the rent with. we're in our early 20's

now the what we want part.(for all positions)

19-26 years old. gender not important. must be actually able to play bass, not just be a failed guitarist. must have pro gear (crate is not pro gear) need someone with a pro attitude who is wanting to take this as far as they can. image is important so please look the part. as well must have own transportation, a schedule that is conducive to twice a week practicing and no drama or bullshit.
