Venue Rental

Hey All. My band is looking to play a show, but we want to rent out a space so we can do everything ourselves. Any good suggestions in the Lowell area? We'd like it to be 18+, but someplace that we can serve alcohol as well to those over 21. I don't know how much hall rentals cost, and how alcohol and security factor in. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
