Bass Player Looking For A Band
Gah, I hate this. I left the band I was playing with because there was constant relationship drama between two of the members . The fighting was starting to give me stress and I was just a bystander.
Here's my craigslist posting.
I'm 46 years old with 30+ years of experience.
Hardworking and reliable (no flake here)
I have pro gear (Fender/Ampeg/MarkBass), good chops and my own transportation.
I can even sing a bit.
What I'm Looking For:
I'm looking for a band that is either already gigging and needs a bass player or
a band that has gigs booked and is ready to go with a bit of rehearsal. I've had
pretty much all of the "just starting out" band experience I need. :)
My main interest is in classic rock covers, female fronted, though I'm
flexible on that. Given the current state of gas prices, I'd also prefer
something closer to my home base in the So. NH/MA area, but that's probably
a bit unrealistic.
I'm hoping to find a good situation for me in the next month or so. Maybe your band
is the one!

BASS PLAYER WANTED
Bass player wanted to join established local Manchester/Derry area Classic/Modern Rock Cover band REDLINE. Backing vocals are a plus but not completely necessary. The band consists of a guitar player, vocalist, and drummer. Near note-for-note band plays heavy guitar oriented tunes including but not limited to:
Lynyrd Skynyrd/Who/Green Day/Finger 11/Chili Peppers/Spin Doctors
Led Zeppelin/ Allman Brothers/The Knack/Alice in Chains
Golden Earring/Foo Fighters/Stone Temple Pilots/3 Days Grace
Band members are 30/40’s, accomplished musicians with pro PA and equipment; we practice about once a week and play paying gigs about once a month.
