Van Gogh Cart was created in 1999 with the merger of two bands, The Turbo Dawgs and The Minnesota School of Psychology. Founding members, Ed Foley, Dave Giust, Phil Smith, and Jonnie Fabb. Playing venues all throughout New England, Van Gogh Cart has developed a large following and always creates a party atmosphere when they play. In late 2006, Ed Foley left the band to pursue other ventures. Filling in such a large role was no easy task, but with the addition of solo artist and former guitarist/vox for The Class of 66, Raymond Lee has brought a new energy and recharged life into the band.
