Tweed Brothers
Tweed Brothers is a mature, experienced and upbeat classic rock and blues band whose repertoire consists of songs from the likes of Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, ZZ Top, Led Zeppelin, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Coco Montoya, Jethro Tull, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers and many more. The band consists of four pieces that you can depend on for an evening of party frenzy music and has been performing in the New England area for over ten years.
Our approach to performing is simple: the total integration of musical sound. We strive for the true essence of sound in order to reproduce the vintage tonal quality that has been lost in today’s musical world of hype and technology. We mix our sets going from blues into rock and back without stopping to keep the party going. The spontaneous improvisation that has become our cornerstone is what our music is all about. The songs are real and over the course of a night there is always a moment where the band blows its collective head off creating something magical beyond pure energy.
